Support for Prenatal and Postnatal Parents

Using a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy framework and incorporating tools from mindfulness-based, compassion-focused, and parent-infant attachment approaches, psychotherapy during the perinatal period can be an effective treatment for Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and support for challenges around:
